With the above in mind our clients can be assured that we will only undertake the highest
level of building survey, so they know exactly what they are buying into. Our reports are
unique to the specific property concerned and in excess of RICS Level 3 requirements (their highest level of report) which means that our reports are not template based. Our reports are always bespoke, in-depth in nature and include amongst other things an easy to follow photographic log at the end of each report, as well as estimated costs for any defects that are found on the day of the survey.

Our snagging survey is a thorough inspection throughout the new-build property, both
internally and externally including grounds, to identify problems, from small cosmetic matters to more significant problems to anything structural that requires rectifying, due to the quality of workmanship not being up to an required standard.
Ideally we advise that the snagging survey takes place before completion or as soon as possible, within a 2 year period afterwards and is fully undertaken in one visit as to speed-up the process itself, as well as to stop any unnecessary inconvenience to the property buyer.
As we are an independent surveying practice we will only work for the property buyer
yourself and not for the developer/builder, so as to make sure that your interests are not compromised in any way.
